An excited buzz takes over the boat when the first dolphins of the day are sighted and your crew get you ready to swim. Sleek, silvery dorsal fins start breaking the surface of the water within metres of the boat and then the skipper gives the command everyone's been waiting for - 'Go!' You slip silently into the water escorted by an experienced guide driving an underwater aqua-scooter. Suddenly, you are surrounded by flashing grey torpedoes and the water is filled with whistles, splashes and laughter - both human and dolphin.
