Spend three days discovering the magnificent beauty of the ancient Gawler Ranges. Stay overnight on a working outback sheep and cattle station. Tour highlights include the Wadlata Outback Centre, Port Augusta learn about the origins of the Flinders Ranges, the Aboriginal Dreaming, European settlement, explorers and much more. Overnight stay at Mt Ives Station. Travel along winding gravel roads to the Gawler Ranges, the ranges are renowned for their wildflowers in spring and some 150 recorded species of birds, Red kangaroo, Western Grey kangaroo and Euro can also be seen. Return to Adelaide via Port Augusta and the Southern Flinders Ranges. Travel through the Southern Flinders Ranges to Wilmington. Continue travelling back to Adelaide via the picturesque Germein Gorge before arriving back in Adelaide at 6pm. Operates: On demand, 8am day one to 6pm day three approximately.
