Lost World Carnarvons (Wallaroo)

During this full day tour to "Wallaroo" you'll discover many hidden secrets contained within the majestic Carnarvon Ranges that are not accessible to the general public. "Wallaroo" is a wildly diverse privately owned 72,000 acre property nestled amongst magnificent sandstone cliffs and only a stones through from Carnarvon Gorge National Park. You'll visit Indigenous sites by the Dawson River and rock art hidden in remote bushland. Enjoy lunch in Cycad-filled Gorges - a prehistoric wonderland - and see spectacular rock formations. You’ll also learn how the owners interact with and manage this beautiful landscape to support their family. Timid fauna and bush flora add to the day's discovery. Breathtaking views of the Arcadia Valley are a highlight. Short walks from the 4WD mini-bus take you to the sights. Lunch and snacks are included. Transfers are available from Roma, Injune and the Wallaroo Outback Retreat.
