Victoria's first vineyard was planted at Yering Station in 1838, and this iconic winery has remained a major part of the world-class wine and food culture that the Yarra Valley is famous for. See the sights of the city, surrounding suburbs and world-class wine region as you fly from Microflite's Melbourne CBD helipad to this incredible location. On arrival, you will recieve a glass of Yarrabank sparkling, before being taken on a private tour of the Yering Station barrel cellar and fermentation hall. Following a tasting of the Yering Station range, you and your guests will be treated to a three-course lunch designed by head chef Maxime Croiset, complete with matching wines.
