Take an early morning snorkel in the sheltered waters of the bay. From the beach, you’re just a short swim from the World Heritage listed coral gardens of Ningaloo Reef – home to 500 species of fish and 300 varieties of coral. For encounters with more of Ningaloo’s locals, including turtles, whales and graceful manta rays, take a guided tour on a glass-bottom boat, sea kayak or dive charter. You can also choose to go on a whale watching tour (seasonal) or snorkel tour of the outer reef. Or chase your dinner on a deep-sea fishing charter. Enjoy a lazy afternoon on the beach, or join a guided quad biking tour for a different perspective of the coast and its abundant marine life.
