Spend the day exploring Kalbarri National Park and hike through canyons along the Murchison River, with some up to 100 metres deep. There are many signposted trails and lookout points in the national park, such as Hawks Head, Ross Graham Lookout (both accessible via paved roads), Z-Bend and The Loop, or Nature's Window (driveway only partially sealed). Don’t miss out on the ultimate photo opportunity at Nature’s Window, which overlooks the second longest river in Western Australia. From July to October, thousands of wildflowers transform the national park into a sea of colour. Adventurous people also have the opportunity to take part in a number of extreme tours, such as abseiling, canoeing or sandboarding.
