Discover the unique wildlife on the Manly Wildlife Tour. Hidden on top of North Head in Manly is the heath vegetation known as the Eastern Suburb Banksia Scrub. This scrubland is home to extraordinary biodiversity and has numerous walking tracks and trails to ensure a safe passage through the North Head Sanctuary. Whilst on the guided walking tour you’ll have a chance encounter with the local wildlife. This unique area is home to so many creatures like the echidnas, bandicoots, pygmy possums, wattlebirds, wagtails, wrens, ravens and so many lizards. The North Head Sanctuary does not disappoint! Home to a variety of incredible flowering plants like the Clustered Scent Myrtle, Lance-Leaf Geebung, Rosy Sundew, Blue Dampiera, Bossiaea as well as the Sweet Scented Wattle, Sunshine Wattle and much, much more.
