A well-formed track that meanders along the river bank. Be immersed in the sounds of rushing water, wildlife and fresh mountain air as we climb further up the mountainside. End in a beautiful alpine park full of large shady trees. Enjoy rock skipping or perhaps wander further up the track, crossing the river via a huge log used as a bridge. Children will delight in the small playground and open space to run, play or paddle as the weather permits. On hot days bring you bathers to have a swim along the way in the fresh mountain water. This is a shady walk, which moves uphill (slowly). Approximately four hours including travel time.
