Perfect opportunity for women hikers wanting to carry what they need to be self sufficient but lack the gear, or perhaps for those wanting to feel the satisfaction of achieving an overnight hike for the first time. This Micro Adventures involves carrying a 60-75 litre backpack on moderately challenging trails and camping overnight. On this overnight hike we teach you how to manage your backpack, erect a tent, and cook a light weight meal. We also share hiking tips along the way. We supply the gear, including backpacks, tents, sleeping mattress, thermal underlay, stove, fuel, and food. You will need rain proof clothing and warm layers and/or sun protection depending on the weather forecast.
