No signs, no maps, just a guided tour to the hidden Hayes Family Wines special sites, those that grow our very best Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Choose your variety or discover them all. The 'road trip' begins in the winery, where our winemaker, Andrew Seppelt will guide you through a barrel tasting of current vintage wines. Then, armed with a selection of provisions for the journey, it is time for a picturesque road-trip of the Barossa. You will experience first-hand the special sites, people and history that makes these vineyards so unique. Visiting our vineyards in Stone Well, Koonunga and Ebenezer, you will see the soil, the vines, and taste the finished wines from each site. After gaining a true appreciation for the diversity of each location, you will head to Vintners for a special lunch or dinner with matched wines. Vintners is our special place, enjoy lunch or dinner hosted by Andrew or Brett. Finally, take a lasting memory home with you with a six-bottle collection of our Single Vineyard wines.
