After stints with great Australian producers, including Giaconda in Beechworth, Coldstream Hills in the Yarra and Cullens in Margaret River, Michael travelled to Burgundy to work for one of the greatest white wine estates of all, Domaine Leflaive. This memorable experience inspired a series of vintages in France with the renowned domaines of Méo-Camuzet, Vieux Télégraphe and Trévallon, before making the Barossa his home.
