From Eurong Head out onto the Eastern Beach and travel north for around 32 kilometres. Depending on the tides, you may have to use a couple of the bypass tracks at Poyungan Rocks and at Yidney Rocks. Sites along the way include Eli Creek, Maheno Shipwreck and the Coloured sands, but keeping your eyes on the lookout for Sharks and dolphins and during the season the mighty Humpback Whale. You will also pass the township of Happy Valley just in off the beach where food fuel and drinks are available if needed.
