Head back south along the beach to Eurong (32 kilometres) and turn in land and follow the tracks to Lake McKenzie (13.5 kilometres), stopping of at Pile Valley to see some of the biggest Satinay trees on the island. Then onto the beautiful blue waters of Lake McKenzie, one of the islands many lakes perched high up in the sand mountains and surrounded by forest. It is a beautiful spot to swim and relax on the white sand beach.
