Next stop is just down the road at Bambooland Nursery and Parklands near Torbanlea where you will discover everything bamboo from 30 metre tall stands shadowing the driveway and walkways, elegant lawns, wonderful gingers and other exotic plants. Follow William St North West out to the Bruce Highway, turn left towards Maryborough and then after just over two kms take a right hand turn off the highway onto Burrum River Rd. After 600 metres turn right again then follow the road briefly before turning left until you come to Old Coach Rd where you turn right and follow for one km until you arrive at Bamboo Land. The small shop sells a variety of bamboo products, furniture and giftware. Pick up some new plants for your garden before you leave.
