Our North West tour is a fantastic way to see some of the excellent gin, beer and cider that's produced in the Tasmanian North-West. Our first stop is at Southern Wild Distillery, home to the award winning range of Dasher and Fisher gin, for a tasting of their full range, plus a walk through their micro distillery to see how their beautiful spirits are created. The next stop is for lunch and a paddle of craft beers at Buttons Brewing, on the waterfront in Ulverstone. From there, we head back inland to see Seven Sheds, one of the oldest operating breweries in Tasmania, before finishing up at Spreyton Cider, one of the largest apple and cider produces in the states North.
