Learn about the local Rocklobster Industry with a real-life insight into how this renowned crustacean is caught, graded and enjoyed. After boarding the boat at the Kalbarri Marina, venture out through the river mouth and into the ocean where they will pull our 12 lobster pots. They usually come across the local dolphins, sharks and other interesting sea life! Upon returning to the marina, share the morning catch with those onboard and you will receive a recipe card detailing how to prepare and cook your crayfish.
