A full day immersive and interactive cooking experience with 2022 SA Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer. The Class includes a Penobscot Farm Tour picking fresh organic produce, meat or fish and vegetable preparation workshops, prior to a late lunch feast at the Watervale Hotel that includes all beverages. These are intimate classes for small groups that can be adapted to dining preferences if required.
