Michael has a degree in Biology, Teaching, and Aboriculture & has worked in various fields including sugar cane research and microbiology. Michael is passionate about environmentally sustainable food production and waste management and is keen to promote methods that address sustainability challenges in the future. Throughout this workshop Michael will take you on a journey through the symbiotic produce and waste management system that we have developed and implemented onsite at Reflections, Lake Cooby.
