Well heeled Balmain is one of Sydney’s oldest waterfront areas and home to one of its oldest pubs, The London Hotel. Located on a peninsula (an easy ferry ride!) west of the CBD, Balmain has a strong artistic and creative community packed full of trendy cafes, lovingly restored terraced houses, and an abundance of colourful bookshops, day spas, cooking workshops and galleries. Our itinerary will centre on and around Darling Street while taking in nearby swimming baths, parks, and historical sites of interest such as the Balmain Watch House.
