3.5 hour workshop of nature connection and nature journaling practices, including: - Orientation to Foote Sanctuary, acknowledgement of country and grounding - Guided sequence of relational forest therapy practices by ANFT certified guide - Writing, drawing and painting nature journaling supplies for workshop - Vegan, gluten free afternoon snack and forest tea ritual - group size maximum of 8 We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth. Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life, and tend to burnout by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.
