Today head south to historic Westonia and visit Sandford Rocks - a great place to get close to nature. Continue on to Boodalin Soak - one of a series of dams and wells sunk by early explorer Charles Hunt. It was used as a watering and stopping place for travellers from York to Kalgoorlie on their way out to the Goldfields. Head on to Mukinbudin visiting Weira Gnamma Hole and Wattoning historical site where you can stop for a picnic lunch and explore the native flora, fauna and history via the interpretive signage. Overnight in Mukinbudin which offers a range of accommodation.
