Explore, taste and sip, cruising on the glistening waters of Port Philip Bay, whilst soaking in the beautiful golden hour and bay sunset. You’ll walk away with a new appreciation of the humble mussel, a deep understanding of local aquaculture, and lasting memories of a great evening on the bay. If you happen to spy a few dolphins or make some new friends, then that’s an added bonus! Tours running between November 2024 and February 2025 (Including Valentine's Day). Tours run 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm.
