Greg and Jane Salter from Burk Salter Wines now offer tours of their wetlands. The hour long tour is conducted aboard a restored 1927 Chevrolet Truck and takes in the extensive bird life, the flora in the area and historical features as well as the vineyard and Avocado trees. The tour finishes with a wine tasting and cheese platter at the Cellar Door.
