These sessions provide a dedicated time to refine your techniques, improve your breath-hold, and enhance your overall performance in a controlled environment. Led by experienced instructors, you’ll receive personalized guidance to help you reach your freediving goals. Whether you’re preparing for deeper dives or simply maintaining your skills, the Friday pool training is the perfect opportunity to practice and perfect your freediving abilities.
