Presented by Barossa Wellness, Barossa Outdoors and with support from other talented local Barossa businesses Beginning with a tour of the park, the Forest Ranger will explain the eco-systems within the forest as well as the natural and human-facilitated processes that sustain and nurture the forest. Be guided through a reflective journaling and creativity exercise, using nature as a metaphor for individual health and wellbeing, reflecting on elements in individuals own life eco-system to draw from and nurture. Allow 1-2 hours.
