Located on the foreshore of the Crookhaven River Jim Wild's Oysters is a small family-owned and operated oyster farm which was established in 1979.
Jim Wild's Oyster Service is a working Oyster Farm and we process all their oysters on-site so you can watch us at work.
Visitors can enjoy freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters or Pacific Oysters by the water or purchase to take home. They also stock Fresh Australian Prawns.
Jim Wild's Oyster Service is always up for a chat about the local Oyster Industry so come down and say G-day to Jim, Robyn or Sally.
