Mexican restaurant Bar Patrón is a lively, casual establishment by Rockpool Dining Group, in collaboration with premium tequila brand Patrón. Overlooking Circular Quay with views of the Harbour Bridge, Bar Patrón boasts a menu that is bold in flavour and approachable in price. Lunch, dinner, pre-theatre and late-night dining options include light options such as empanadas, tostadas, and tacos, as well as large plates of quintessential Mexican favourites. Patrón is the exclusive tequila on the drinks menu, with a core range of Silver, Reposado and Añejo tequila enhanced by the Roca Patrón and Gran Patrón luxury collections. Margaritas are a drawcard. Diners can sit at intimate or larger tables, as well as a huge, window-side Carrara marble bar that offers magnificent harbour views.
