The Latino lust for life is well and truly on display at Federico’s. This is where you’ll find fabulous cocktails, South American wines and Latin American-inspired cuisine. The menu includes crispy tortillas with ajo verde hummus, Argentinian-style serrano ham dusted with paprika and chargrilled heart of palm. The vegetable-focussed menu means that vegetarians, vegans and those on a gluten free diet are deliciously catered for. Carnivores can enjoy seafood on the parrilla (grill) plus steak and chicken dishes. The cocktail list includes Peruvian pisco and Brazilian Cachaca, but the highlight is the Design-A-Margarita menu.
