Pull up a seat at Flying Fish Bar to sample cocktails from award-winning cocktail connoisseur Behzad Nvaziri, where Australian gin has a starring role, supported by other locally sourced ingredients. You’ll also be inspired by their wine list, featuring over 200 bins carefully selected by sommelier Addy Lam. Enjoy a tipple and a bite from the bar menu with a selection of dishes crafted by Executive Chef Peter Robertson. You’ll find Flying Fish Bar on the ground floor of The Star (next to Flying Fish restaurant).
