Groceries, ice cream, milk, and hot food are available. On weekends the Pleasant Hills Community Hotel comes to life with cold drinks and takeaway food like fish and chips and hamburgers are available. On Saturdays, come on in for a counter meal. Open Sundays, the Community Association can also cater for functions, with good country cooking run by the locals. Accommodation is also available for small groups (six rooms).
