Jane, located on Bourke Street in Surry Hills and an ode to owner/head chef Tristan Rosier’s nan, serves dinner, drinks and atmosphere to the local community. The menu focuses on an all-Australian approach, plated in an approachable way and designed to be shared. Enjoy drinks and snacks at the bar, cosy up in their intimate two-seater booths or grab their large red marble table with a prime view of Bourke Street, perfect for up to eight guests. The all-Australian approach continues through their wine list too, with a focus on smaller, cult producers using alternative varietals, focusing on unique wine-making techniques or environmentally driven biodynamic producers.
