The Pixie wine list has been designed to showcase the game changers, the agitators, and the visionaries of the global wine community, with a focus on local Australian wineries, and a strong nod to the kitchen’s Italian roots. Designed in conjunction with Melbourne cocktail alumni Joey Jones (Romeo Lane), the Pixie cocktail offering takes on an uncomplicated approach.
