With a lifetime of experience, knowledge and dedication, master roaster Mark Bullivant is a prominent and highly regarded veteran of the coffee industry with an undying passion for flavour. As well as roasting exotic coffee under the 'Mark Bullivant Coffee' brand, he also produces a local single origin, known as 'Byron Blue'. It is grown in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales in rich, volcanic soil that the area is renowned for. Mark embodies all things coffee and when he's not taking care of the Byron Blue Coffee Estate, he will happily take you for a tour of his warehouse in Ballina which is a treasure trove of specialty coffee beans from regions all over the world, coffee paraphernalia, his beloved gas - fired roaster and of course, a coffee machine which he will often proudly use to make you a cup of his delicious blends.
