Pam's Bottles & Cups is a small Wine Bar, Specialty Wine Store & Restaurant hidden in a back lane on the north-west coast of Tasmania. Pam's Bottles & Cups is focused on small-production vineyards from both Tasmania & the world. Its vast array of wines, swings from elegant classical wine-making techniques to the new school of organic/biodynamic, natty & lo-fi. The 'by the glass' list is always comprehensive and rotates weekly. Head Chef & Owner, Denni Elyse takes locally sourced produce, mostly from friends' gardens and creates small plates perfect for a snack with a glass. Alternatively, ordered together, the plates become a feast of magnitude, effortlessly combining flavours and textures to satisfy all. The knowledgeable staff treat guests as though they were old friends entering their homes and service is run to a very high standard in an intimate yet fun space.
