Canvas brings a bold new dining concept to the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, with a seasonal Chef-in-Residence and transformed Level 4 dining room. Open for lunch, Canvas showcases the best Sydney Harbour views overlooking the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Currently at the helm is Josh Raine, former Executive Chef at the renowned Tetsuya’s, where he led the kitchen from 2018–2024. With a distinguished background that includes iconic venues such as Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford, UK; Pied à Terre in London; and St Betty’s in Hong Kong, Raine brings an inclusive and innovative culinary style inspired by the diverse places he has called home.
