We are the coffee experts in Tasmania’s North-West coast, located on the picturesque foreshore of Wynyard, Tasmania. We are proud to specialise in both high-quality coffee and delectable desserts, making us a beloved local favourite among residents and visitors alike. Each morning, we meticulously prepare our coffee to ensure it consistently meets our high standards of excellence. Bruces began its journey as a quaint milk bar in the 1960s and transitioned into a charming cafe in the 2000s. Today, it proudly operates under the ownership of friends Themis Katsikis and Simeon Cooper, who both have deep roots growing up along the beautiful North-West coast of Tasmania. Themis is a highly skilled chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry across both Tasmania and Victoria, and he is dedicated to sourcing and using only the finest local ingredients in all our offerings. We brew our rich, flavourful coffee using Toby Estate Beans, an acclaimed roaster from Melbourne.
