BAKED by Joseph & Ann

BAKED by Joseph & Ann started in a home kitchen over 10 years ago and now has grown to be a hotspot for tasty treats in Ipswich Central. Owner Ben began making a dozen macarons a day and now produces 1000s a week. Once employed in the mining industry, Ben successfully landed a spot on The Great Australian Bake Off in 2015 with 11 other talented bakers, and the experience added fuel to his desire to swap his previous job for one full of baking and creating. In 2018 BAKED by Joseph & Ann was born and they now supply baked goods around the nation and to the tummies of locals and visitors to Ipswich. BAKED, as it is known to locals, is located in the historic Top of Town precinct and has built a reputation for exceptional and delicious, sweet treats. There's still a special focus on macarons, which will continue into the future. In store you'll find creative tarts, loaded cookies, cakes and other treats including rocky road and croissant rusks that utilise unsold croissants and brownies, turning food waste into something new and delish.
